These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of avrienne.com, the Avrienne online store, and related services operated by ZETADIGITAL LLC ("Avrienne," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our website, placing an order, creating an account, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

This is Avrienne's business/legal address only. It is not a return address. Packages sent to this address will not be eligible for refund and may be refused, lost, or not recovered. For returns, contact Avrienne first and follow the written return instructions we provide.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use our website or purchase products from us.

Products and Availability

Avrienne offers women's fashion, accessories, and related products. We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, colors, sizing, materials, pricing, and availability accurately. Product colors may vary based on screen settings, lighting, photography, and production batches. Measurements and fit notes are approximate.

Products are subject to availability. Because some items are fulfilled by third-party fulfillment partners, inventory may change quickly. We may limit quantities, reject or cancel orders, remove products, or refund unavailable items at any time.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. We may accept or decline an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, inventory issues, pricing errors, product errors, or violation of these Terms.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information. Avrienne is not responsible for delays or losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless checkout displays another currency. Prices, discounts, promotions, shipping charges, and taxes may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and any applicable fees are shown at checkout when available.

Payment must be authorized before an order is processed. Shopify and payment providers process payment information. Avrienne does not store full payment card numbers.

Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, discount codes, bundles, gifts, and sale offers may be subject to additional conditions. Promotions may be modified, suspended, or ended at any time. Discount codes may not be combinable and may not apply to taxes, shipping, final sale items, or prior purchases unless stated otherwise.

Shipping and Fulfillment

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. We may use third-party fulfillment partners, warehouses, dropshipping partners, and carriers to process and ship orders. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

If a shipment is delayed, unavailable, returned to sender, or otherwise affected by carrier, customs, supplier, or fulfillment issues, we will work to resolve the issue in line with our policies and applicable law.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Cancellation requests may be submitted within 24 hours of purchase, but cancellation is not guaranteed once an order is processing, packed, or shipped.

If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
