Shipping policy

Avrienne is operated by ZETADIGITAL LLC. We ship Avrienne orders through Shopify and trusted third-party fulfillment partners. Some items may ship directly from partner facilities after quality review.
Important: ZETADIGITAL LLC's Wyoming address is our business/legal address only. It is not a return address. Packages sent to that address will not be eligible for refund and may be refused, lost, or not recovered. For returns, contact support@avrienne.com first and wait for written return instructions.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. If a destination is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship there.
For U.S. orders, shipping may be available to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. military bases, and U.S. territories when supported by the carrier and checkout settings.
Order Processing
Orders begin processing after payment is authorized and order details are received. Processing may include fraud review, inventory confirmation, quality check, packing, and carrier handoff. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays.
Because Avrienne uses third-party fulfillment partners, inventory can move quickly. If an item becomes unavailable or does not pass quality review, we may contact you, remove the unavailable item, or cancel and refund the affected item.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin after order processing and carrier handoff.
- U.S.-stocked items: typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days after shipment.
- Overseas-stocked items shipped to U.S. customers: typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days after shipment.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs, carrier delays, holidays, incomplete addresses, inventory exceptions, or high-volume periods may affect delivery.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are displayed at checkout before you place your order. Rates may vary based on destination, order weight, carrier service, promotions, and the items in your cart.
Expedited and overnight shipping are not currently available.
Split Shipments
Your order may arrive in more than one package if items ship from different facilities or become ready at different times. You will receive tracking information as it becomes available.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take 24 to 72 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Avrienne is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided at checkout.
If you need to request an address change, email support@avrienne.com as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed once an order has started processing.
Cancellations
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations are not guaranteed because orders may move into processing quickly. Once an order is processing, packed, or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check your mailbox, porch, building mailroom, parcel locker, front desk, neighbors, and local carrier office. If the package still cannot be found, contact us at support@avrienne.com so we can review the issue.
Avrienne is not responsible for packages stolen after carrier-confirmed delivery, but we will help review available carrier information where possible.
International Shipping
International shipping is not available at launch.
Shipping Delays
If we learn that an order cannot ship within the stated shipping estimate, we may contact you with an updated estimate and, where required, the option to cancel for a refund of unshipped items.
