Avrienne is operated by ZETADIGITAL LLC. We want every order to feel considered, polished, and easy to wear. If something is not right with your order, please contact us at support@avrienne.com before sending anything back.
Important: ZETADIGITAL LLC's Wyoming address is our business/legal address only. It is not a return address. Packages sent to that address will not be eligible for refund and may be refused, lost, or not recovered. Always contact Avrienne first and wait for written return instructions.
Return Window
For eligible U.S. orders, return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. The first day of the return window starts on the date the tracking information shows the order was delivered. If your order arrives in separate packages, the return window starts when the final package in that order is delivered.
Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days after return approval. Returns sent after the approved return period may be declined.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- New, unworn, unwashed, unused, and free of fragrance, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, or signs of wear.
- Returned with original tags attached.
- Returned in its original clear garment packaging with the SKU label, when included.
- Returned with the return authorization number and instructions provided by Avrienne.
Items that do not meet these requirements may be declined or may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Beauty products.
- Bodysuits.
- Face masks.
- Intimates and lingerie.
- Jewelry.
- Swimwear.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked Final Sale.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@avrienne.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
- If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, include clear photos showing the issue and the packaging.
- Wait for return approval and return instructions before shipping your item.
- Include the return authorization information in your package.
Please do not send returns to the ZETADIGITAL LLC business address, the address on your package, the manufacturer, or any supplier address unless Avrienne gives you that exact return address in writing. Returns sent without approval will not be eligible for refund and may be refused, lost, or not recovered.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect because of our error or a fulfillment error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt until your return is processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days after the return is received for processing. Your bank, card issuer, Shop Pay, PayPal, or other payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the refund is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us at support@avrienne.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and help with a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Cancellations and Order Changes
You may request a cancellation or address change within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@avrienne.com. Cancellations and changes are not guaranteed. Once an order is already processing, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or change it.
Shipping Region
Avrienne currently ships to the United States only. This return policy applies to U.S. orders.
